Choice of grafting options post apicectomy procedure by specialist endodontist

Aim: The purpose of the present study was to evaluate choice grafting options post apicectomy procedure by various endodontists. Methodology: In descriptive survey, 8 questions were asked from 50 Endodontists, regarding treatment in cases periapical pathologies as well graft material preference after apicoectomy performed. They for usability, economics, long term healing region related with placement. Results: 49.5% participants preferred calcium hydroxyapatite a compared bone granules or PRP. It also noted that radiographic resolution and improved trabecular pattern peri-radicular area most important aspect endodontists look into while looking at lesion (1.43 ±1.002). Most stable according 61% autologous transplants- (1.422±1.02). Conclusion: Endodontists grafts, which has more long-term results.
